The house has 2 gorgeous bathrooms, a brand new kitchen with everything you need to cook a feast, tons of pool towels, a putting green, a hot tub, a brand new stainless steel outdoor grill, an outdoor ping pong table, 3 umbrellas for shade by the pool, designer and incredibly comfortable pool chaise lounge chairs, multiple outdoor couches in the shade for relaxing, a wood burning fire pit, a putting green. . . and the list goes on.

If you win an item and would like it mailed via certified insured mail, please email sheri.wittson@gmail.com by February 24th and we will do so at your expense. Larger items can be picked up in Los Angeles, CA or shipped at the winning bidder's expense. $6 for large envelopes, $13 for medium boxes, $18 for large boxes. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. Friends of Walgrove is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
