A sampler of beef from Schafer Farms. A family farm in Lacrosse, Indiana, led by third generation of farmers. The sampler last year included 2 Tbones, 2 rib eyes, 1 round steak , 1 sirloin steak, a chuck or arm roast, a boneless roast, a package of cube steaks, 4# of burger patties and 13# of burger in 1# packages. Items would be ready for pick up at the butcher in June or July. Arrangements can be made with the Burke Family or the farm directly.
