#1  Chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse, toffee, and chocolate butter cream frosting 
#2  Chocolate cake with whipped white chocolate ganache, vanilla butter cream and your choice of fresh bananas, strawberries, or raspberries in Grand Marnier syrup 
#3  Chocolate cake with mocha or coffee mousse and mocha butter cream (with or without toffee) 
#4  Carrot cake with cream cheese butter cream and strawberry preserves 
#5  Carrot cake with cream cheese butter cream and pecan caramel candy 
#6  Apple spiced cake with crème brulee custard, cracked caramel, and caramel frosting 
#7  Banana cake with chocolate mousse and butterscotch frosting 
#8  Lemon cake with lemon curd mouse and lemon butter cream (with fresh berries in season)
