10 adults will attend a private beer school and get to sample 8-10 beers at The Map Room in Bucktown.  Pizza for 10 will be provided by Piece Pizzeria.

 

You'll taste and discuss beer with an expert in the field. He or she will

deepen your understanding of the world's most interesting beverage. (Some

scholars suggest that beer is the reason many early civilizations were

established. Love of beer, they argue, inspired early humans to abandon

their nomadic lifestyles to settle down and farm. They cultivated grain

essential to producing their beloved elixir.)



Choose the theme of your beer school: Would your group appreciate a broad

overview of styles? A focus on American Imperial IPAs? Stouts and Porters?

Beers from a specific region? It's up to you!
