The Long Room, one of the best beer bars in the city, started its coffee program in 2015, proudly serving Counter Culture Coffee. This item includes barista training for four people with breakfast or lunch served by the Biscuit Man.

Barista training for 4 people will be provided by a Long Room certified barista and Counter Culture representative. The guests will be trained on how to properly produce a delicious shot of espresso and then how to steam milk to a silky, frothy sweetness to pour over that shot of espresso to produce a cappuccino.

They will also be taken thru a cupping of several (5-8) different coffees. Cupping is the industry standard for comparing and contrasting different coffee beans. There is a whole process you go thru during cupping to maximize aroma and taste. A little coffee history will be involved as well.
