Not valid without Green Brooms authorized certificate number. Not redeemable for cash. Not responsible if lost or stolen. Once this certicate is activated, lessons must be used within time allotted. Lessons are scheduled on a once-weekly basis and must be arrnaged for the entire month at the time of activation. This certificate is good only for instrument, music theory or voice lessons. Current students may not apply certificate to their current tuition. One certificate is good once per student.
