The winning bidder will receive a certificate redeemable for Two (2) tickets to March 19 performance by the Plano Symphony Orchestra at the Eisemann Center. The program includes: A Tribute to Marvin Hamlisch and The Young Artists.
Marvin Hamlisch was only one of twelve people to win an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. He was one of ten people to win three or more Oscars in one night. He also collected a Pulitzer Prize and two Golden Globes.
This performance pays tribute to the man who gave us the music for The Sting, The Way We Were, The Spy Who Loved Me, Sophie’s Choice, Ordinary People, and, of course, A Chorus Line - the quintessential story about auditioning. This performance pays tribute to one of the most distinguished and honored composers for stage and screen.
Then be prepared to be amazed by the incredible winners of the annual Collin County Young Artist Competition in their concerto winning performances. These young artists continue to thrill audiences with their incredible technique and musicianship.
Special Instructions
Certificate must be received by the PSO two weeks prior to the performance. The performance is March 19, so the certificate must be received by the PSO by March 4, 2016. (It can be faxed or mailed).
