Description
One graduated single strand pearl necklace 18.0" princess length, knotted with a tongue clasp containing 37 Tahitian pearls, 10.2mm in size to 12.6mm in size. The pearls are black in color, green overtone with a good luster, round, and mostly clean with good matching. Graded on the strand.
Tahitian cultured pearls form in the Pinctada Margaritifera oysters. This species is native to the central and South Pacific Ocean but is generally raised in lagoons by pearl farmers. Tahitian cultured pearls take between two to four years to form.
Forty prong set single cut diamonds, measuring 1.10 - 1.00 x 0.65mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 40 Stones=0.17 ct. Graded in the setting.
