Our signature Red Gravy tomato-basil sauce is made in the traditional way -- in small batches at the peak of ripeness -- using homegrown tomatoes handpicked from our three-acre organic tomato garden and organic basil harvested from one of our 4,000+ basil plants. It's rich with extra virgin olive oil & Marsala wine. 

Valicenti Organico is located in historic Hollis, New Hampshire, we currently have 5 acres growing and plan on cultivating another 6 acres in the coming year. Hollis is a true farming town full of multigenerational family farms, so if the ingredients don’t come from us, they come from our neighbors. We strive to use only our own or locally grown ingredients in all of our products and source from trusted, conscientious farmers like Lull Farm, Kimball Fruit Farm and Brookdale Fruit Farm. We are committed to growing organically and sourcing within our community for the freshest, healthiest and most delicious ingredients season after season.
