Presented by FOOD & WINE, this national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcases the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities, and raises money to end hunger. What began as a one-day festival in 2001 has grown into a four-day destination event that attracts over 60,000 guests and raises millions for Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality Management each year – and keeps growing!

You're invited to join Giada De Laurentiis, the queen of Italian cuisine, kick off SOBEWFF's 15th anniversary at the MasterCard Priceless® Miami Preview Barilla's Italian Bites on the Beach as she hosts more than 30 of the nation’s greatest chefs serving up dishes originating from various regions of Italy behind the iconic Delano Hotel. You can peruse Piedmont, trot through Tuscany, savor Sardinia, canvas Campania, saunter through Sicily, and more - while sinking your toes into the sparkling white sands of South Beach. The Festival’s iconic Amstel Light Burger Bash, presented by Schweid & Sons and hosted by Rachael Ray, turns 10 this year, and it gets a new twist to celebrate! In addition to 30 of the country’s top burger crafters serving up their best creations, guests will also get to enjoy the meltiest, cheesiest mac ‘n cheese dishes as part of this year’s SMACK DOWN. Surf’s up (and bottoms up!) at The Art of Tiki as chef, restaurateur, author, and Food Network rockstar Guy Fieri hosts an evening of Polynesian flare with tiki-inspired cocktails from across the country. Gather around some of the best bartenders from highly regarded tiki-inspired joints across the US as they compete to be crowned tiki-King at the end of the night. Fieri, together with an esteemed panel of judges, will evaluate the contestants’ rum-centric offerings, while you sample all of the creations and enjoy light Polynesian-inspired bites.

Then, don’t miss the second annual incarnation of Meatopia, the world’s most famous celebration of all things meat! Created and envisioned by the late carnivorous visionary and longtime friend of the Festival, Josh Ozersky, this sizzling soirée takes place beachside behind the iconic Delano hotel. The King of Carnivores himself, Michael Symon, will host this marquee affair as guests enjoy live music and sip on cold beer and Beam’s incredible array of bourbons and whiskeys. Add some Southern flair to your fare with New York Times bestelling cookbook author and Emmy Award-winning Food Netwoork TV host Trisha Yearwood! She'll share some of her childhood recipes and gather up her favorite Southern chefs as SOBEWFF adds a splash of Grammy Award-winning country to the Festival's rock 'n roll line up.
