The food at Il Foro is a modern approach to classic Italian cooking, often learned in the home with recipes passed along from generation to generation. Executive Chef, Joe Rolle’s cooking is influenced greatly from his Italian Grandfather and the menu features some of his original recipes. Specialties include house-made pasta, gnocchi, minestrone and fresh fish and meat entrees.
Chef Rolle studied at Le Cordon Bleu and later traveled the country learning from various chefs while perfecting his craft. With nearly 10 years’ experience, Chef Rolle is known for his wonderful flavors and culinary flare.
Il Foro provides the grandeur of the 1930s Art Deco style in its dining room, giving guests an extraordinary experience in both atmosphere and food.
