2. Customized Development Plan, including: a) Purpose and outcomes that reflect the individual’s particular personality and life circumstances. The focus of the purpose and outcomes is skill- and capacity-building so the individual can step into a bigger, stronger self who experiences more success and ease dealing with personal and/or professional challenges. b) Exercises and reflections to help the recipient meet the purpose and outcomes.


3. Meeting with Sarah to review the individualized plan and receive support and tips.

Sarah is certified as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West. She recently created a coaching program for a Bay Area nonprofit to help laid-off staff turn a difficult period into a growth opportunity. She draws on many years' experience with learning, creativity, and management to support her clients.
