Flair event director Jamie Rose's eye for style began at an early age when as a preschooler playing dress up she was dubbed "gypsy woman" for her innate sense of style. Jamie earned a degree in Communications and spent over two decades in the fashion industry, first at Liz Claiborne running fashion shows at retailers across America, later she joined Gap, Inc. where she worked as a Merchandise Manager. With two young children at home, Jamie put on the cutest "mom jeans" she could find and embarked on her new career as a SAHM. Needing to keep moving she applied her vision and energy to working tirelessly on community events and galas; planning each event as if she was branding and merchandising a store. Her creative vision, organization, negotiation, people skills and ability to get things done, makes each Flair event a success. 

Growing up, Flair creative director Julie Ugar was known as “the artist,” always making things, crafting, sewing, and drawing. Her love for the visual and applied arts led her to the Art institute of Chicago where she earned a BFA. She landed her first job out of school as a Footwear Designer for Sam & Libby. Over the next decade Julie worked as a designer for companies, including Esprit, Nordstrom’s, and Eddie Bauer. After leaving corporate America for a new job as a SAHM, she applied her talents to throwing super pulled together costumes & parties for her children; designing them as if they were next season’s collection. She became known as the "go to girl." Her parties were so amazing many friends wanted to know, “Can you do this for me?” And the answer was, “I’d love to!” Julie's special knack for not only envisioning a party, but the ability to execute to the last detail makes each Flair event memorable and unique.
