Use this certificate to join the Bay Club without paying the $900 initiation fee and one month fitness family membership dues valued at $400. Also included in this certificate is a fitness assessment (50 min session with certified personal trainer) for each adult on the membership, valued at $180.

The membership must begin and all offerings must be redeemed prior to 9/12/16. The certificate along with receipt of the purchase of this item is required to activate membership. Current Bay Club Carmel Valley members are NOT eligible to redeem this offer and the club is not responsible for honoring the value if purchased by a current member. However this offer may be transferred to a non-member for use.
