One hour of individual therapy consultation.
My psychotherapy practice is in the Atwater Village area of Los Angeles, and I bring to it 10 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. I have been trained to offer Brief Solution-Focused treatment as well as Insight-Oriented long-term approaches. Using these skills I have served to help individuals, couples, and families overcome a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, and to develop useful skills to improve communication in relationships, parenting techniques, and overall quality of life.

Items and/or certificates must be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus at scheduled times or in the business office after those dates. Shipping can be requested by the winner at an additional cost. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
