Description

Dinner for 2 at Falansai Vietnamese Kitchen, a 2016 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand restaurant. Opened by GHS dad Henry Trieu, the restaurant is cheekily named after his father's mispronunciation of “les Francais”, the French. The father had told his kids stories about his encounters with the Falansai during his travels to get fish from the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. Click for New York Magazine review
