A delicious five course Italian Dinner serving 6-8 people will be delivered directly to you, in addition, to wine pairings for each course. Wines will include a Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Chianti, Amarone, and Porto. Now feel your mouth start to water as you read a sample menu below...definitely makes for an unforgettable night!
Anitpasto: Caprese Salad (Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil served over Arugula)
Primo: Pesto Orecchiette (Small round handmade pasta with basil cream sauce and roasted red peppers)
Secondo: Veal or Chicken Saltimbocca (Thinly sliced veal or chicken prepared with sage and prosciuitto in a white wine mushroom sauce)
Contorno: Roasted red potatoes with rosemary and Italian green beans with pignolias
Dolce: Tiramisu (Traditional Italian dessert with Mascarpone, espresso soaked lady fingers, and whipped cream)
