Canard Vineyard has been quietly producing some of the best hand crafted estate wines in Napa Valley for over 30 years.  This incredible 3 pack includes the legendary "Adam's Blend," "Throwback," and "Rescuer," each of which is a unique hand crafted red blend.    

 “Adams Blend” is a Cabernet Franc dominate blend that “bridges” the two main varietals from Bordeaux, the Left Bank (which favors Cabernet Sauvignon) and the Right Bank (which favors Merlot).  This wine is rich and medium bodied with long soft tannins. Aged in French oak to create a long-term, ageworthy blend, this will easily cellar well for 10+ years.

“Throwback” - This is where the similarities to Bordeaux really shine. This "Left Bank" styled wine shows great backbone and structure with hints of black fruit, plum, sage and cedar smoke. The fine grained tannins will give this wine years in the cellar but it is already drinking beautifully.

 “Rescuer” - Styled after the incredible wines from the “Right Bank” in Bordeaux, this extremely limited production estate blend is a soft, yet dense expression of three very elegant varietals, but with Merlot as the showcase. Aged in French oak to create a long-term, age-worthy blend, this wine will cellar very well for 10+ years.
