Description
Experience a home-away-from-home for five (5) nights in beautiful Colorado Springs. You will stay in a 5-bedroom, 5-bath home located in the Flying Horse community in North Colorado Springs. Flying Horse offers golf on a Tom Weiskopf Signature Golf Course, indoor and outdoor tennis, swimming, executive conference rooms, and two excellent restaurants. It is the perfect location for a family getaway or an executive retreat.
The home sleeps 9/10 people (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed). It has tons of extra room for air mattresses for kids. There’s a large finished basement with a pool table and outside gas fire pit. The home has an upstairs and downstairs TV, WIFI, and an incredible view of the mountains from the back heated deck.
Colorado Springs is home to Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods and is less than 2 hours from Breckenridge and white water rafting. The home is located less than 2 miles from the Air Force Academy.

Special Instructions
- Home is not available until after September 1, 2016. Expires August 2017. Must provide 30 days notice of when you would prefer to stay in the home. Dates are flexible, but would need to be mutually agreed upon with the package donor. Spring Break is excluded, but owner will work with you to schedule dates during other school holiday breaks.
- There is a $50 per person fee to use country club amenties (tennis, swimming, workout facility, clubhouse, etc.) for the week. Reduced rate for children. The weekly fee for your first two adult guests will be covered by the donor.
- The golf course is a semi-public course. Greens fees not included in package, check Flying Horse website for current rates.
- No pets allowed
