Two (2) GYROTONIC® Private Training/Conditioning Sessions with Certified Trainer, Karen Safrit

Keep yourself, your athlete, your dancer or your musician working pain free with an intelligent conditioning routine. Coordinate, strengthen and lengthen muscles throughout the body for maximum performance on the field, in the pool, on the court, around the track and in the studio. The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a holistic approach to movement that is designed to meet the needs of people of all ages* and abilities. During these two hour-long private sessions, you will work on increasing your range of motion, relaxing overused muscle groups, and engaging often-neglected opposing muscles.

Restrictions: Sessions must be scheduled on a day and time agreed upon by both parties, March 2016 through September 31, 2016.
