The King size Lifekind mattress is incredibly comfortable and made with organic cotton, organic latex and organic wool. We have 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and new pillows. Our pillows and duvet are down filled. 
(If you need synthetic pillows or duvet we will gladly change them out for you)

Full kitchen with espresso maker, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster oven, full sized oven, pots and pans, fridge and gourmet essentials. Walk outside to collect fresh, organic eggs, herbs and organic greens and enjoy your coffee in the morning sunshine.

We supply linens and towels washed in unscented, biodegradable laundry detergent. We only use natural cleaning supplies.

There is a private sun deck with BBQ and chaise lounges with a view of the mountains, mature oak trees and garden. Natural sunbathing is perfectly fine with us and you have privacy on your sun deck. Please relax and enjoy your stay with us.

We have the highest speed FIOS internet service with Wi-Fi connection. We have a USB electrical outlet for phone and tablet.

Your cell phone may not get reception up here in the hills (some carriers do-Verizon does work) You are welcome to use our landline for local calls.

All the water from the kitchen, shower and washing machine drains to the fruit trees and garden. We have rainbarrels to collect rainwater and we give all of our kitchen scraps to the chickens or compost.

You are welcome to use our beach umbrella, beach chairs and towels.

Owners live in the main house and we are here to answer any questions. We are here to interact with you or you can have a completely private stay.

We are 2 miles to the center of Topanga with cafes, restaurants, yoga studio, art galleries, library, 2 general stores and natural food market. 

We are on a very quiet street with absolutely no traffic noise.

Walk out our front door and you can walk up our quiet street to the dirt roads which lead you to hiking trails, enjoying the views and visiting horses along the way.

We are one mile from famous Red Rock State Park which has gorgeous views, hiking trails and lots of wildlife. 

Beautiful Topanga beach is 8 minutes away and the upscale town of Pacific Palisades is 10 minutes away. And of course, Malibu is next door to Topanga along the coast.

We are 20 minutes from Santa Monica and Venice and the 10 Freeway for easy access into Los Angeles.

A car is necessary to get around but every summer there is a Topanga Beach Bus that makes stops in Topanga and can take you to and from the beach.

Our six hens are active and noisy in the morning so you will hear them sometimes (We have NO roosters) It is generally quiet and peaceful except for these girls clucking away.
