Whether you enjoy a busy, scheduled vacation or want to sit by the pool and relax, you can have it all in this Beach House Retreat in Sunny Florida!  Enjoy a week-long vacation (Saturday - Saturday).

The house is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, near Destin and Panama City. Close to 30A (a street where lots of cute little shops are located - including Seaside, where the movie The Truman Show was filmed), it is close enough to enjoy all the attractions in Destin without having to deal with all the traffic located there!

The beach is about 1/2 mile from the entrance to the subdivision and is in a Park with restrooms, covered picnic tables, parking, and lifeguards.  There is also a community pool for those who want to bounce between pool and ocean!  

The house has 4 bedrooms with king and twin beds plus a trundle daybed and a queen size sleeper couch.  All totaled, with a large crew you can comfortably sleep 12 people.  There are also 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.  Sheets, towels, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach cart, dishes, appliances, etc. are all included!

Also, there are many nearby attractions and restaurants in Destin or Panama City such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard and Destin Commons (open air malls with movie theaters), The Track (go carts, mini golf, bumper boats, kiddie rides), Sand Odyssey (where you can learn how to build big sand sculptures), fishing charters, dolphin cruises, parasailing, etc!
