Our Kids MMA program teaches younger children a wide range of martial arts including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Karate. Our focus is for children to gain practical self-defense knowledge and lead a healthy lifestyle. We also implement a character-building program with a weekly syllabus in each and every class. The syllabus covers good habits, good attitude, self-control and good manners. We also specialize in stranger awareness and bully prevention.
