A 6-week series of hydroponic gardening classes for 2 students, held in PS 84's brand new GREENHOUSE, designed to teach your child and a friend how to grow vegetables from seed to harvest!

The winner and a friend will pick their favorite leafy vegetables or herbs to plant and will be able to watch them mature over 6 weeks. They will learn the skills and techniques needed to grow vegetables in the new state-of-the-art greenhouse. The last class will be harvest day! All harvests will go home with the children.

 

Parents and siblings are welcome to join!

 

Classes will be held after-school one day per week from 
2:45pm to 3:30pm.
