Let's face it, dorm cooking sucks! Between the small and enclosed space and the constant fear of fire alarms, it's hard to get anything done right and most novice cooks just opt for take-out. But never fear, as you can learn to make gourmet meals (or just acceptable meals) in the gradplex too! If you win this cooking lesson, I will teach you how to cook one full meal. This meal will include either an appetizer or potluck (tired of being that chips and drinks guy?) course as well as an entree course of your choosing. If you have never really cooked before in your life, I can help you master an easy weeknight meal, but if more experienced cooks simply want to expand their kitchen knowledge, I will work with you as well.
