One-acre lakefront property is fully gated. 500-acre lake is peaceful with no gas-powered boats. Private boat dock with canoe and kayak; separate floating dock off-shore; fishing gear. Outdoor fire pit (great for s'mores!); gas grill; swing set; treehouse.

Within a five-minute drive are municipal tennis and basketball courts and Swartswood State Park with sand beach, playground and hiking trails. 

Five bedrooms: one with king; one with queen; one with two queens; one with king and two twins; one with four twin bunk/trundle-beds. Plus three pullout beds in semi-private/common rooms. All in all, could sleep 20 if you are friendly! (Linens, towels and beach towels included; washer/dryer.)

Dining table seats up to 16. Two & 1/2 bathrooms. Working stone indoor fireplace. Game room with pool table, ping-pong, Wii game console and pinball machine. WiFi. No cable TV, but 60" smart TV with Apple TV, Netflix, HBO, movie channels
