One work-out assessment and three private pre- or post-natal training sessions with Rosella Molinu, aka FitMamy! Rosella's fitness career started in her early 20s when she began teaching Aerobics & Aqua-gym. She then trained as a dancer in Italy, Brazil and the US. During her studies, she learned the safest and and most effective way to work muscles throughout the body. In addition to mastering several dance styles, she also studied yoga, capoeira, trapeze, and tai-chi. After the birth of her son, Massamba, Rosella dedicated all her attention to the pregnant and post partum body, not only aesthetically but holistically.
