Newton Police Department Tour provided by Officer Dawn Fleming. The winner and up to two friends will enjoy a 1-hour personal tour that includes a visit to the 911 Center as well as the holding room or jail, and a viewing of the police vehicles. Participants will also meet the O.I.C. (officer in charge who is a Lt.) The tours should be after 5pm.
