Four, 30-minute Mommy/Daddy & Me Swim Classes at the Jim Herrick Swim School. These fun group lessons are designed for parents and children (ages 3 months up to 2 1/2 years) to provide a positive, bonding, early water experience. These classes will improve motor development, memory and cognitive development. They are also an excellent way to establish a child's comfort level in the water and build trust between the child and our swim instructors, making the transition to future private lessons seamless. Parents are also provided helpful safety tips and techniques for handling their child in the water. Pools are shaded with canopies, partially enclosed during cold months and warmed to a comfortable 90-92 degrees year-round.
