The public is encouraged to become Farm Family Members and enjoy  free admission to the Farm and all of the 18th century Special Events, including the three Market Fairs.  This is a great way to learn hands-on and to follow the seasonal cycles of the Farm.  Other benefits include a newsletter subscription, use of the Farm's reference library, and discounts on workshops and selected sales items.  

Experience the work of 18th century farm family at The Claude Moore Colonial Farm at Turkey Run.  Visit with the farm family as they go about their daily chores of producing garden and field crops, tending livestock and preparing meals over the hearth fire.  Join them for seasonal events and attend the Farm's festive May, July and October Market Fairs where neighbors and friends enjoy music and dancing, eating and drinking, buying and selling period wares, and catching up on the news of the day.
