Come join us in the quest to make the perfect wine on September 10, 2016

Learn how different varietals can complement each other to create a mix that is much better than the sum of its parts as you strive for perfection in appearance, aroma, taste and finish.

We'll start with five unblended Bordeaux varietals - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec - from CASS Winery. CASS is a boutique winery in the heart of Paso Robles and was named Central Coast Winery of the Year last year.

What happens next is totally up to you, your palate and your friends. We'll split into four tables and experiment with different blends of wines, then do a blind tasting at the end to see which table created the most popular mix. 

No wine blending experience necessary, but 4th grade math level (fractions!) required or we'll run out of wine.

Dinner will also be served.
