One one-hour private hatha yoga class with certified yoga instructor Ursula Scherrer, certified from Laughing Lotus, in Ansusara yoga and Kundalini yoga. She has taught in New York City and internationally for over 10 years. 

Ursula Scherrer started practicing yoga shortly after she moved to New York from her native Switzerland in 1988 to dance and choreograph. Her art has evolved to photography, video performances and internationally shown installations. Since her first teacher training in 2002, she’s completed Laughing Lotus and Anusara trainings, as well as Kundalini Yoga Immersion Teacher Training (and is currently continuing with level 2 Kundalini). In her classes and workshops, she brings together the elements she’s studied for a well-rounded, highly creative yet challenging practice.
