What is coaching?

Professional coaching helps people to explore and identify areas of strength as well as areas of concern in their lives.

By determining areas of need, coaching focuses on setting goals and creating positive outcomes and managing personal change. Coaching is not therapy. It is a method that supports personal and professional growth based on self-initiated change in pursuit of specific outcomes.

The emphasis in coaching relationships is on action, accountability and follow through.
