This two bedroom/two bath condo is located on Holmes Beach of Anna Maria Island and boasts a view of the beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Anna Maria Island is a quaint barrier Island with white sandy beaches. It is a placewhere "old" Florida charm can still be found, flip flops are a way of life and the speed limit never exceeds 35 mph. High rise condos and fast food restaurants are pleasantly absent from our pristine "get away from it all" island. One visit to Anna Maria Island and you will be calling it, "My island in the sun.”

The island is about an hour from the Tampa airport. The drive includes a crossing of Tampa Bay on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, which has been named one of the Top 10 Bridges in the World and is a popular location to film automobile commercials. You can also fly into the Sarasota/Bradenton airport, which is only about thirty minutes from Anna Maria Island.
