The Second City opened its doors on a snowy Chicago night in December of 1959. No one could have guessed that this small cabaret theatre would become the most influential and prolific comedy theatre in the world. With its roots in the improvisational games of Viola Spolin, The Second City developed an entirely unique way of creating and performing comedy.

UP Comedy Club passes may be honored for Second City Theatricals performances. Not valid for special events or performances on New Year's Eve. All ticket reservations are subject to availabilty. Reservations are strongly recommended. Children 10 years and under will not be admitted into the theater.

Items need to be picked up at Jones College Prep, 700 South State St., Chicago, IL on Monday and Tuesday, May 16th and 17th, 2016, between 8am and 3pm or a $10 charge will be added for shipping.
