As part of their PYP Exhibition process, Grade 5 students watched their teacher, Mrs. Ariza, demonstrate her own version of a culminating project.  Inspired by her in-depth exploration of quilting, the class came together to make this original quilt. With the head of the quilting guild, Mrs. Chisnell, students created their own fabric squares, assembled and sewed this one-of-a-kind piece.

The quilt is a lap quilt. It measures approximately 4.5 ft by 5.5 ft.
