The Art of Chocolate at Graycliff Chocolatier begins your chocolate journey with the history of its new Bahamian home. You will explore the factory, and learn how cocoa beans become scrumptious candy - from being roasted and ground into cocoa nibs, stone ground into liquid chocolate then poured into sculpted molds. 
Then you will enter a classroom for the second portion of the tour. Here you will create your own chocolate bar and other chocolate goodies which you can enjoy after the tour!
