Take a friend to Wine & Yoga with instructor Alicia Parks at Team Mix Fit! Wine & Yoga is held the last Wednesday of every month from 5:30-7PM. Alicia will guide you to help shut your mind off of the everyday busy stuff. She will guide you through breathing and stretching techniques, and letting go of pent up energy and pain. All fitness levels are welcome!
