Sage Fitness is dedicated to quality movement education utilizing the Pilates, Complete Clubs (Indian Club Swinging) and Gyrotonic systems. At Sage Firness, posture and alignment are the focus of every session. Clients learn to develop functional abdominal strength to support all body conditioning movements. Results include stronger abdominal and back muscles, toner, leaner body, improved overall flexibility, improved posture and rehabilitation of current or chronic injuries.
One 60 minute sampler session of pilates, Gyrotonic and Complete Clubs. Session is by appointment, Expires September 15, 2016
