Description

It is my pleasure on behalf of Ballibay Camps, Inc. to donate a voucher for two weeks of sleep-away summer camp at a Ballibay Camp, at a value of approximately $3,000 to PS 343 The Peck Slip School. The recipient can register for any available 2-week session beginning on July 10, 2016 or July 24, 2016, or can use this voucher to pay for two weeks of any longer camp session

(see below).

Families that have attended a Ballibay Camp in previous summers are not eligible for this voucher. This donation is given on the condition that the winning family pays a $200. insurance charge. This will be their only financial obligation to the camp with regard to this donation. Transportation to camp, and additional items (such as t-shirts, linen rental, &c...) are not included.

The available sessions are:

• Sessions 2 & 3 of The Farm Arts Camp – ages 8-16 – no experience required; elective time is available in addition to a structured arts curriculum. (start: 7/10, 7/24)

• Sessions 2 & 3 of The Rock Farm – ages 8-16 – competency on guitar, bass, or drums expected; ample elective time available in addition to daily rehearsals and workshops. (start: 7/10, 7/24)

• Sessions 1 & 2 of the Endless Mountains Dance Camp – ages 8-16 – significant dance experience expected; a very full day of dance with limited elective time. (start: 7/10, 7/24)

The winner can also use this voucher to pay for:

• 50% tuition of Session 1 of Camp Ballibay – 4 weeks – ages 8-16 – no experience required – all fine and performing arts programs available (start: 6/26)

• 65% tuition of Session 2 of Camp Ballibay – 3 weeks – ages 8-16 – no experience required – all fine and performing arts programs available (start: 7/24)

For details on all sessions, see: http://dates.ballibay.com/

Established in 1964, The Ballibay Camps share a beautiful 174-acre mountaintop campus in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The camps share the same residential and foodservice facilities, but offer different programs and daily schedules, somewhat like different colleges within a university.

The total campus population of all camps combined never exceeds 200 people. Because the camps use overlapping areas of the campus and share many staff, it is easy for campers attending any one of the camps to take advantage of the programs offered by the others as their schedule allows.
