Crafted from a blend of four apple varieties, and wild-fermented using a proprietary open air fermentation process. Bottle-conditioned after aging in fresh-dumped Kentucky bourbon barrels for a bold, dry cider with American oak notes.

Ommegang Iron Throne                                                                750ml

Part of Ommegang’s “Game of Thrones” series, Iron Throne has a slightly hazy golden amber hue with a full, fluffy head. The finish is crisp, backed by a touch of spice and hops. The aroma is a bit grassy with a hint of lemon peel. The taste is lightly malty, rounded by honey malt sweetness.
