Description
This is a 10 1/2"x13 1/2" oil on canvas painting, framed in a light bronze finished aluminum, entitled "Towards the Island" by Freeport artist, Mary "MK" Berry.
Images and landscapes that catch out aesthetic senses are everywhere in Maine. Mary (MK) looks for the color, pattern and design that make our places unique and seeks to bring those elements into a pleasing composition.
Mary has exhibited her oils and acrylics at the Window Tree Gallery in Brunswick, the libraries of Falmouth, Brunswick, Yarmouth and Freeport as well as the Freeport Historical Society and Maine Cottage Furniture.
