Self Defense Intensive Course ($200 value):  This 12 hour course will give you the verbal, physical, and mental tools for preventing violence when possible or confronting it when necessary.  Topics include verbal defense against violence, intimate partner violence, defense against weapons, and more.

One month of unlimited karate training for and adult or child ($130 value):  You will be trained in Seido karate as a vehicle for health and empowerment.

One month of unlimited H.I.T.T. It Fitness Classes ($130 value):  High intensity interval training is incorporated into the morning fitness program.  Small group classes meet 6 days a week, allowing for plenty of personal attention and for you to work at your own level.
