Nancy Hamlin-Vogler's "BuddhaLand" is reproduced from an original mixed media drawing with collage of the same name.
Giclée print, the process by which the print is produced, is from the French word meaning 'little spray'. It describes the modern process of digitally capturing an original artwork and printing it using specially formulated ink jet pigments onto archival paper or canvas.
Ms. Hamlin-Vogler lives in St. Augustine, Florida, where she creates and produces her greeting card collection and mixed medium drawings in her backyard studio. Her company, Eastern Sun Printworks, is a small batch, hand crafted greeting card company in St. Augustine, Florida. Each silkscreened card is slightly different due to variations created by the harmonious blend of colors across the screen.
