Take part in one of Cambridge Insight Meditation Center's day long workshop offerings in 2017.
Workshops offer an opportunity to intensify every aspect of meditation practice. They generally include periods of sitting and walking meditation practice, dharma talks, and question and answer periods. They are designed for people relatively new to Vipassana as well as people with extensive experience.
Cambridge Insight Meditation Center (CIMC) offers an environment in which the contemplative life is developed and protected amid the complexities of city living. We are dedicated to integrating the benefits of meditation practice, including wisdom and compassion, into daily life.
