In the teachings Rinpoche gives practical advice for how we can use our own dying process on our path to liberation and how we can help others through that process as well. Rinpoche teaches extensively about the bardo experience and how we can use multiple opportunities to recognize our true nature and gain liberation. Rinpoche includes explanations of the Vajrasattva Ro-Sek (Ritual for an Unelaborate Cremation) and other practices.

Responding to the requests of students, Lama Tharchin Rinpoche established Heart Teachings in 2000 and began producing a monthly series of video Dharma teachings to support the practice of his many heart friends.
