This auction item is for the preparation and filing of an adoption petition for one minor child and for the appearance of counsel at the necessary hearing(s) on said petition in a court in the State of Georgia.

This auction item must be redeemed within one year of the close of the Derby Day auction, which is May 7, 2016.  The services provided by Minor, Bell, & Neal, P.C., for this auction are subject to the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Georgia and to the running of any necessary conflicts of interests checks to comply with said Rules.  Minor, Bell, & Neal, P.C., reserves the right to refuse to perform said services where a conflict of interest is identified and cannot be resolved in accordance with said Rules or applicable law or if the performance of said services would violate any applicable law or any duty or responsibility of the attorneys of Minor, Bell, & Neal, P.C.
