Winner will receive this beautiful hand-crafted Ulu knife and concave cutting board!  The Ulu (oo loo) is a knife with a semi-circular blade originally crafted by the native Alaskan people over three thousand years ago.  Styled for utility, this ulu design comes from the Inupiat Indians of North Western Alaska.  The blade is curved and made of stainless steel with a light wood handle.  The knife and concave cutting board are great for chopping and slicing meat, vegetables or herbs!
