One hour college advising session with Kathleen Devine-Methany. Kathleen's areas of focus: Fine and Performing Arts

Prior to college advising, Kathleen worked in sales and marketing for Princess Cruises for 13 years. She has volunteered extensively in the Orinda and Acalanes Union School Districts. For many years, she taught CCD at Santa Maria Parish and “Think First” at Glorietta Elementary School as well as being a board member for the Educational Fund of Orinda. Kathleen has two children in college and one in high school, all of whom attended Orinda schools. While helping her daughter apply to collegiate dance programs, she learned to navigate the unique arts program application process. As a result, Kathleen became interested in college advising and decided to obtain her certification in College Admissions Counseling from UCLA. A San Francisco native, Kathleen earned a BA in English from Loyola Marymount University.
