Sam, an experienced and trained chef, will demonstrate the ins and outs of a home-cooked party menu that can be prepared ahead of time, leaving you looking like it was effortless and able to actually enjoy your guests. Sam will also guide us through how to make appetizers and serving plates look appealing using edible flowers and herbs. Well spend the evening with Sam learning some make-ahead recipes, tips and tricks, as well as just enjoying catching up about cooking as we cook, eat and drink together.
